Terms and Conditions j9pm – Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and j9pm ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by j9pm.

By completing account registration, making your first deposit, or using any part of the j9pm platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

J9pm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use j9pm's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online gambling activities.
• Registering as an individual — registration under a company name or third-party entity is not permitted.
• Have not previously been banned from the j9pm platform or had an account suspended due to a policy violation.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at j9pm at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Identity Verification Process (KYC)

As part of j9pm's commitment to security and compliance, all members are required to complete the identity verification process (KYC) before making their first withdrawal. Required documents include:

• Copy of Malaysian identity card (MyKad) – front and back.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
• Valid bank account details in the name of the same member.

J9pm reserves the right to request additional documents if needed for verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with anyone. j9pm will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposit & Payments

J9pm accepts deposits via approved payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and USDT. The minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed on the deposit page within the platform.

All deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees. j9pm reserves the right to hold any suspected deposit for further investigation.

5. Withdrawal of Funds

Members may make a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC process has been completed successfully.
• There are no pending wagering activities awaiting settlement.
• The wagering requirements for any claimed bonus have been fully met.
• Account is active and not under suspension or investigation.

Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours for local e-wallet methods. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to one business day depending on the bank's operating hours. VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing within 1 hour.

J9pm imposes a minimum withdrawal limit of RM 50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and can be increased for VIP members upon request. Any withdrawal attempt exceeding these limits will be automatically rejected.

6. Bonus & Promotions

J9pm offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each offer. The applicable wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• J9pm reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• J9pm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The maximum bet limit while using a bonus balance is RM 20 per round or wager unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7. Game Rules

All games offered on the j9pm platform are governed by their respective game rules displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

J9pm uses an independently audited random number generator (RNG) for all slot and digital table games. Live Casino game outcomes are determined entirely by the dealer and the physical equipment used in real time. j9pm is not responsible for disputed game results arising from a member's misunderstanding of the rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j9pm platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking, manipulation, or any attempt to interfere with the platform's systems.
• Sharing strategy information or colluding with other players to cheat in multiplayer games.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to the support team.

8. Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the j9pm customer support team. All eligible balances will be returned after deducting any bonus amounts that have not met the wagering requirements.

J9pm reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, an administrative fee of RM 10 per month will be charged against the account balance. Members will be notified via their registered email before this fee takes effect.

9. Liability Limit

J9pm provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, j9pm is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activities on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or events beyond our control.
• Transaction failures caused by issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

In any event, the maximum total liability of j9pm to any member shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Limit the total amount of losses within a set period.
